一個(gè)顛撲不破的面試哲學(xué)是： 在上一份工作中有成就的， 才有可能在新工作中有成就。在回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題的時(shí)候， 一般要遵守一個(gè)原則： 用事實(shí)與數(shù)字說(shuō)話(huà)。

回答示范1：

I was named “Employee of the Year,” for the highest level of accuracy of all 18 bank tellers last year.

點(diǎn)評(píng)1： 一個(gè)言簡(jiǎn)意賅而又強(qiáng)大的回答： 既說(shuō)出了所得到的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)， 而且列出了獲獎(jiǎng)原因， 同時(shí)又告訴面試官自己在18人中是最佳的。

回答示范2：

I increased sales approximately 100% in three years. Last year I personally sold 1.5 million Yuan worth of services and was ranked number 2 in the entire company among 14 sales reps.

點(diǎn)評(píng)2： 如果是做銷(xiāo)售的同志， 只能用數(shù)字來(lái)說(shuō)明自己的業(yè)績(jī)。

回答示范3：

I suggested to my boss that we should create a new type of customer satisfaction survey. This suggestion was applied later and effectively reduced customer complaints.

點(diǎn)評(píng)3：對(duì)于沒(méi)有得到過(guò)什么獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)的申請(qǐng)人， 一個(gè)比較好的辦法就是告訴面試官， 自己的一個(gè)好建議被老板采納， 取得了非常不錯(cuò)的效果。
