Miley is seen posing seductively on a beach in a revealing gold swimsuit as she gazes into the camera with her eyes heavily lined in black in the latest issue of the magazine. 'It feels amazing to be number one,' she told Maxim about her win, 'especially because it was voted on by the fans. I have the best fans in the world!'
