Milestone
West Virginia Senator Robert Byrd has now been on capital here longer than anyother lawmaker. The senator will mark the milestone today, honoring Bryd's 56 years and 320 days of service. Bryd's almost 92 and it's unclear whether he will be able to make today's ceremony because of fragile health.
