莉頓.梅斯特（Leighton Meester）的才能不僅表現(xiàn)在繪聲繪色地演繹出了《緋聞女孩》(Gossip Girl’s)中的富家千金布萊爾.沃爾多夫(Blair Waldorf)，還表現(xiàn)在她在音樂上的天賦，這個多才小姑娘昨天推出了自己的第二支單曲《Somebody To Love》。

之前莉頓以一曲與眼鏡蛇飛船合作的單曲《Good Girls Go Bad》小試歌喉，一舉獲得MTV大獎，昨天她又借勢推出自己的又一支單曲。

莉頓最先嘗試自己獨立完成歌曲的錄制，后來羅本熱情加盟，為歌曲增色不少，她說：“我的確是希望做一些與當下廣播里放的歌曲完全不一樣的音樂，比如既動感歡快，但又動中有靜，能讓人感到放松、平靜而略帶性感。”

歌曲的靈感源于她的生活，她有感而發(fā)說道：“這首歌當然表達了我的生活狀態(tài)，你瘋狂、你忙碌、你年輕、你東奔西跑，但是卻很難找到一個可以愛的人，人們喜愛你但你卻不能真正地去愛他們。”小小年紀的她，竟有如此感悟。

此外，對于《緋聞女孩》第三季Lady Gaga的客串，以及外界流言紛紛的三人激情戲，Mester在采訪中卻是守口如瓶，顯得十分神秘?？磥硪弥竺娴膭∏椋偷媚托牡却约喝タ戳伺?。

Leighton called Ryan Tuesday to world premiere the song, and joked the name "Somebody to Love" was a tamer version of the original title involving a particular four letter word.

Leighton also told us she got Robin Thicke to jump on the record a couple months after she had initially recorded it.

"I really wanted to make something that's completely different from anything that's on the radio right now," said Leighton. "I feel like it's really dancy and fun, but it's still laid back and relaxed and moody and sexy."

The song hits home for many young adults as Leighton explains, "it's definitely about what's going on in my life and I think anybody can relate. You're crazy, you're busy, you're young and you're running around and it's really hard to find somebody to love. People love you but you don't really love them."
