A young photographer has travelled the world far and wide to capture sole humans in nature's vast and engulfing landscapes.

Andrew Studer, 20, from Portland, Oregon, is aiming to demonstrate the earth's prowess, and what 'small fish in a big, big pond' we are.

He has voyaged around America to capture caves in Utah, waterfalls in Washington and the Milky Way in Oregon. The talented snapper has also chased the Northern Lights in Iceland, surveyed the lakes in Canada and immersed himself in the beaches of Hawaii.
