一封準(zhǔn)備充分的求職信,可以大大提高你的求職成功率。求職信是求職過程中很重要的一環(huán)。在未與雇主正式接觸之前,這封信就是你們之間的橋梁。文筆流暢,格式正確的求職信能給招聘者留下良好的印象,獲得面試的機(jī)會就大增加。一般來說,寫求職信時要大致涉及到六個方面。

1.介紹消息來源

介紹消息來源實際上是求職信的開篇交待句,它可使求職信顯得自然、順暢;而不介紹消息來源,會使收信人感到意外、突然,文章也缺乏過渡、照應(yīng),本文消息來源可作如下介紹:I was referred to you by Mr. Zhang, a Partner with your Beijing office。

2.表明求職心愿

介紹完消息來源后,應(yīng)向收信人表明自己的求職心愿,讓招聘者者一目了然。例如:I am writing to you in the hope of that I may obtain opportunity of teaching post in your school .

3.介紹個人經(jīng)驗、能力

介紹個人的經(jīng)驗?zāi)芰r,還需與求職崗位要求相對應(yīng),揀重要的寫。例如:When I was still a freshman, I got Band Two certificate for computer, which was outstanding in my class. Besides, I have attended various computer contests and won top prizes several times, which greatly enriched my knowledge on computer. Finally, I had once worked part-timely in a company for two years, and I gained wide experience in software in these two years.

4.擺出自己優(yōu)勢

如果只有工作經(jīng)歷而沒有自身的優(yōu)勢和特長,也很難求得稱心如意的工作.因此,求職時應(yīng)表明自己除了具有一定的工作經(jīng)歷之外,還具有一定的優(yōu)勢和特長,這樣才能穩(wěn)操勝券.本文可通過如下方法擺出自己的優(yōu)勢:I work hard and I can get along well with others. I'm good at English and especially my spoken English is very good. I've translated many Chinese books into English. I can understand Japanese and I can talk to foreigners in Japanese freely.

5.請求答復(fù)聯(lián)系

如果單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同意了你的求職要求,你必然要請他和你聯(lián)系,以便你及時做好準(zhǔn)備,到用人單位應(yīng)聘或報到.為準(zhǔn)確起見,請求答復(fù)聯(lián)系時你還應(yīng)當(dāng)提供你的通訊地址、郵政編碼、電話號碼、電子信箱等.本文答復(fù)聯(lián)系的內(nèi)容可作如下介紹:If you agree with me, please write a letter to me or phone me. I live at No.1 Renmin Road, Suzhou city. My telephone number is 3654371.

6.表達(dá)感激之情

無論你的請求是否能夠得到滿意的答復(fù),你給用人單位寫信就是給對方添了麻煩,因此你應(yīng)向?qū)Ψ奖砻鞲屑ぶ?本文可這樣來表明感激之情:I would be pleased if you could offer me an opportunity to interview me.

上述六部分內(nèi)容聯(lián)成一個整體,再加上下面的信尾,就成為一封完整的求職信.

求職信切忌:

1、不夠自信,過于謙虛

求職者應(yīng)當(dāng)在信中強(qiáng)調(diào)自己的強(qiáng)項,即使不可避免地要說明自己的弱項,也沒有必要那么坦率。

2、主觀意愿,推理不當(dāng)

許多求職者為了取悅于招聘單位,再三強(qiáng)調(diào)自己的成績,而不知有關(guān)經(jīng)驗與能力對職位的重要性。

3、語氣過于主觀

對于招聘單位來講,他們大都喜歡待人處世比較客觀與實際的人,因而求職者在信中盡量要避免用我認(rèn)為,我覺得,我看,我想等字眼。

4、措詞不當(dāng),造成反感

寫求職信最忌用詞不當(dāng),例如:有我這樣的人才前來應(yīng)聘,你們定會大喜過望。
