話題:
Writing: imagine a scenario or express your opinion
Chase
To chase is to go after, to pursue. What is chasing? What is being chased? Where does the action take place? For what reason?
This week's topic: They gave chase... (90-110 words)
Suggestions:
1) car chase
2) chasing the suspect
3) the chase ended in an alleyway
4) chasing one's dream
5) Instead of writing a scenario, feel free to comment on the story below.
范例1:
The newspaper office was busy as always, reporters were typing away on their keyboards, doing telephone interviews, or making calls to arrange for an interview. It was not an uncommon sight to see someone picking up a call and jotting down notes, then quickly grab their belongs before rushing out the door to chase after the latest story. Of course, staff from the editing room were stressed out by the tight timeline most of the time, making sure stories were submitted to the print room on time and were printed without error.
