There's never not a time — or size — to love and strengthen yourself.

That's the inspiring message exercised, one pose at a time, by Valerie Sagun, a.k.a, Big Gal Yoga.

For the last three years the plus-sized San Francisco Bay-area woman has candidly uploaded impressive photos and videos of herself practicing a range of stunning yoga poses — from standing on her head to balancing on two hands — while attracting more than 57,000 fans on Instagram alone.

With each pose she explains her movements so others, no matter their experience level, can follow her example. She also provides video and photos of her own struggles.

"I just want to make sure that people don't feel like that they have to be scared or intimidated by learning yoga from someone who doesn't look like them," she states on her Tumblr page where she occasionally posts intimate photos of her body.

"All of us have body issues whether you are big or small, but it's good to just take the time to look at yourself and just love it as it is now."
