當(dāng)某家上市公司因一些消息或正在進(jìn)行的某些活動(dòng)而使該公司股票的股價(jià)大幅度上漲或下跌，這家公司就可能需要暫時(shí)停止股票買(mǎi)賣(mài)就叫停牌。停牌的時(shí)間也有幾小時(shí)到幾天不等。
