Most people understand that in order to have good health, we should be wise when choosing what food we eat. A balanced diet with more vegetables than meat seems to be what most doctors recommend. This week's topic:
1) What food do you consider to be healthy?
2) Do you think it is difficult to maintain a balanced, healthy diet?

范例1:

As doctors recommend, a healthy diet should have lots of vegetables and little meat, cutting back on sodium and saturated fats. This is easier said than done. Preparing a fresh garden salad is a lot more time-consuming than running to the nearest fast-food joint or take-out restaurant. Worse yet, sometimes it can be too convenient to just grab a coffee with a bag of chips. All these over-processed junk food and empty calories are poisoning our bodies. We have to be vigilant about our food intake, and not try to cut corners; we need to spend the time to take care of our bodies.
