Of course not everyone enjoys their work. Hard economic realities mean that many people have little choice in the kind of work they can get. In some cases an employee is working in a job that suits neither their skills nor their personality. Some jobs are repetitive and boring, and labor relations may be poor and lead to resentment and insecurity rather than to job satisfaction. However, even though it is unlikely that all workers do feel happy in their work, I think it is not unrealistic to promote more job satisfaction in any job. If the factors identified above are implemented, then any job can be improved and more workers can feel greater degrees of job satisfaction.
當(dāng)然并不是每一個(gè)人都那么享受自己的工作。殘酷的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境意味著許多人在工作上并沒有太多的選擇余地。有些時(shí)候一位員工所做的工作既不適合他的技能結(jié)構(gòu)也不適合他的性格。有些工作是簡(jiǎn)單重復(fù)和無聊的,而且糟糕的工作人際關(guān)系也往往會(huì)導(dǎo)致憎恨和不安全感,而不是正常工作所擁有的滿足感。 然而,盡管并不是所有的員工都對(duì)他們的工作感到高興,我仍然認(rèn)為在所有的工作中設(shè)法提高工作滿意度并不是不現(xiàn)實(shí)的。如果上文提到的那些可以促進(jìn)工作滿意度的條件可以在工作中被實(shí)施的話,那么更多的員工就可以在工作中享受到更高的工作滿意度了。
