背景介紹：

現(xiàn)在似乎到處在圍著錢打轉(zhuǎn)，上學(xué)，生活，有人說(shuō)錢不是萬(wàn)能的但是沒(méi)有錢又是萬(wàn)萬(wàn)不能的，有人說(shuō)做人不能如此世俗，那么你認(rèn)為呢？錢是否是你生活，工作的動(dòng)力？下圖可能能給你一些啟發(fā)（馬斯洛需求層次理論）

簡(jiǎn)而言之：五種需要可以分為兩級(jí)，其中生理上的需要、安全上的需要和感情上的需要都屬于低一級(jí)的需要，這些需要通過(guò)外部條件就可以滿足；而尊重的需要和自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的需要是高級(jí)需要，他們是通過(guò)內(nèi)部因素才能滿足的，而且一個(gè)人對(duì)尊重和自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的需要是無(wú)止境的。同一時(shí)期，一個(gè)人可能有幾種需要，但每一時(shí)期總有一種需要占支配地位，對(duì)行為起決定作用。任何一種需要都不會(huì)因?yàn)楦邔哟涡枰陌l(fā)展而消失。各層次的需要相互依賴和重疊，高層次的需要發(fā)展后，低層次的需要仍然存在，只是對(duì)行為影響的程度大大減小。

Frankly speaking, money is a byproduct of work and the arsenal for life. To some extent, the pursuit for loaded money is the driving force to work day and night, in winter and summer. If we were not born with a silver spoon in the mouth, working for money may be the only way to live for most people. Moreover, as long as we can sustain ourselves and our families by our own hard and honest endeavours, we could proudly claim that we live up to our parents or even the society’s highest expectations.
However, money shouldn’t be the only goal of work. Winston Churchill once said, “Broadly speaking, there are three kinds of people: those who are toiled to death, those who are worried to death and those who are bored to death.” Obviously, if money was the only pursuit for work, the once brilliant job would morph into boring, worrying and exhausting burden for you. Therefore, the most important point is to find your pleasant feeling in the work, rather than the money it may give you temporarily.
All in all, money is only the byproduct of the work. The ideal situation is to combine the work, pleasure and loaded money together.
