Hostess: after you back to UK, what would you say about China to your friends?
Dominic: oh, we’ve got a lot to say. We got a lot pictures and a lot videos. I think I will get them stand up and teach them Tai Ji.

Hostess: if you have the chance to go back to China, would you be here again?
Dominic: yes, I would love to.

Hostess: most people think Shanghai is more international, not too Chinese, do you think so?
Dominic: no, compare to my conception about China, not at all.
Josh: it’s almost like London with a lot of high buildings and more traffic.

Hostess: which places do you want to go, if you have the chance to come back?
Dominic: I want to go to the Red Cliff.
Josh: I like to see the Great Wall. I love to go Beijing and I really want to go to western China, to see what remote China is.

Hostess: what is your favorite Chinese food?
Josh: Dumplings.
Hostess: have you tried the hotpot?
Dominic: yes, but you have to cook yourself.
Josh: and the Peking duck.

Hostess:Is there any Chinese restaurant in UK? Have you tried that?
Dominic: yes, a lot. English Chinese food is very suit to English people. It’s basically rice and chicken without bones.

Hostess: what do you do in your spare time during these six weeks?
Dominic: we haven’t a lot of time to go out we’ve been too tired. At night, we will go to bars and clubs, during the day, we go downtown. We’ve been to the Oriental Pearl.
Josh: we mainly go sighting because we have a little money.

Hostess: shops in London close very early, is that true?
Dominic: yes, walking around Shanghai, a lot of shops still open at night. In London the shops will latest nine o’clock, but high street shops about five.
Josh: when the office is closed, the shop is close. You do your thing on the weekend or you send someone else.
