Just days before the news that Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev had ended their relationship, the Vampire Diaries couple reunited one last time in NYC. Teaming up to shoot an ad campaign for Filipino clothing brand Penshoppe, Ian and Nina gave absolutely no indication that a split was on the horizon.

Now, the photos from the shoot are being featured in Metro Magazine’s August 2013 issue, accompanied by an article titled “Couple on Top.”
