1.接電話必備第一句:自報(bào)家門

經(jīng)典表達(dá):

Hello, ABC Company. This is XXX. How may I help you?
您好,ABC公司,我是XXX。有什么可以幫您嗎?

舉一反三:

Good morning. ABC Company. This is XXX speaking. May I help you?

Thank you for calling. You’ve reached ABC Company. This is XXX.

2.接電話必備第二句:Ta不在,請稍等片刻。

經(jīng)典表達(dá):

XXX is not available at the moment. Could you hold for a few minutes please?
XXX現(xiàn)在無法接聽您的電話,您能稍等片刻嗎?

舉一反三:

XXX is with a client now. Would you mind holding for a moment?

XXX is currently unavailable. Can you please hold for a moment?

We’re experiencing a high volume of calls. Would you please hold?

3.接電話必備第三句:我為您轉(zhuǎn)接。

經(jīng)典表達(dá):

I’ll transfer your call to XXX.
我將為您轉(zhuǎn)接到XXX。

舉一反三:

I’ll transfer you over to XXX’s line.

I’ll put you through.

I’ll put XXX on the phone.

I’ll get XXX for you.

I’ll connet you.

4.接電話必備第四句:稍后再打給您。

經(jīng)典表達(dá):

Would you leave your name and number and I can call you back?
您能留下您的姓名和電話嗎?我稍后再打給您?

舉一反三:

Do you have a number I can reach you back at?

I’ll be glad to return your call if you will leave your name and number.

5.接電話必備第五句:您需要留個(gè)口信嗎?

經(jīng)典表達(dá):

May I take a message for you?
我能為您留個(gè)口信嗎?

舉一反三:

Can you leave a message?

Would you like to leave a message?

Can I transfer you to XXX’s voice mail?

小編注:留言內(nèi)容一般要包括以下幾個(gè)方面。(1)致電人姓名,(2)致電人公司名稱,(3)致電人電話號(hào)碼/分機(jī)號(hào),(4)留言的日期和時(shí)間,(5)收到留言后需要做出的回應(yīng)(回?fù)茈娫掃€是等候致電人第二次打入),(6)留言記錄者簽名(以防收到留言的人有任何不明白的地方可以再溝通確認(rèn))。

6.接電話必備第六句:您能再重復(fù)一遍嗎?

經(jīng)典表達(dá):

Would you repeat that please?
請您再重復(fù)一次好嗎?

舉一反三:

I beg your pardon?

Would you say it once more please?

Could you repeat what you just said?

7.接電話必備第七句:感謝致電,結(jié)束通話

經(jīng)典表達(dá):

Thank you for your calling, have a nice day.
感謝致電,祝您度過愉快的一天。

舉一反三:

Thank you for calling, goodbye.

Thank you very much, goodbye.
