該說insist doing還是insist to do?

He insisted on the observance of training roles. 他堅持遵守訓(xùn)練規(guī)則。They insisted on being treated as equals. 他們堅持對他們要平等相待。
He went to the meeting and, what was worse, insisted on speaking. 他去參加了會議。更糟糕的是,還堅持要發(fā)言。
