Katie Herzig

凱蒂·赫奇格， 1980年3月6日出生。是來自柯林斯堡，曾被提名格萊美獎。美國科羅拉多樂隊Newcomers Home的成員，創(chuàng)作型女歌手，目前定居于鄉(xiāng)謠Nashville。Katie Herzig在今年發(fā)行這張Apple Tree之前已經(jīng)發(fā)行過自己的兩張唱片，她的詞曲創(chuàng)作逐漸得到肯定，06年專輯《Weightless》的歌曲被大熱美劇《Grey’s Anatomy》選用，07年的作品《Heaven’s My Home》被The Duhks演唱后獲得了萊美最佳鄉(xiāng)村表演提名。Apple TreeKatie的新作《Apple Tree》相較上張唱片《Weightless》的DIY制作在歌曲制作和編排上更加成熟，新專輯除了邀請了眾多Nashville當(dāng)?shù)氐闹谱魅伺c樂手參與專輯的演奏與制作外，Katie還與另一位女創(chuàng)作人Kim Richey一起合作創(chuàng)作了專輯中的兩首曲目《I Will Follow》 和 《I Want To Belong To You》。
