After being involved in an accident, you were cared for by another person. Write a note to:
1)mention what happened in the accident,
2)tell the person about your recovery, and
3)express your thanks.
Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use "Peter/Mary" instead.
Dear Mrs. Zhang, Thank you so much for taking care of me immediately after the accident. I was shell-shocked after being hit by the car; and thanks to you I was rushed to the hospital. The doctor said that my condition was not critical; but had I been delayed, things could have been much worse.
