And this year's International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking has witnessed the official release of China's Drug Treatment Regulations, the first comprehensive administrative regulations on rehabilitation in this country. Well based on those regulations, the public security department will first register a drug user, and a dynamic supervision mechanism will be imposed to track the person. If the user quits within three years, the supervision will be lifted. And community rehabilitation will be offered as one way of drug treatment. Community rehabilitation can mobilize resources from many sides, including families and communities and also the society. Voluntary rehabilitation is greatly encouraged, and recovering users will be given assistance in employment training or study.
