文化改革是今年會議議程的重點(diǎn)。中共中央已做出決策加快我國文化體制改革。會議回顧總結(jié)了過去文化改革所取得的成果和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并對未來作出了進(jìn)一步的規(guī)劃和部署，今后將大力發(fā)展公益性文化事業(yè)，豐富廣大人民群眾的文化生活，加快文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的步伐。中共中央委員會稱，優(yōu)良的傳統(tǒng)文化和美德是中華民族凝聚力和創(chuàng)造力的一大源泉，我們應(yīng)著重提升國家的軟實(shí)力。專家表示本次制定的指導(dǎo)方針將對中國有著深遠(yuǎn)意義。
