Yara: Today we are going to make a special valentines days cupcakes.

Alejandra: From Yara’s favorite place, the recipe, Magnolia Bakery, we are going to align our cupcakes with these beautiful gold liners. For this recipe, we have two sticks of butter, unsalted. After the butter is completely smooth, we are going to add the sugar gradually. You are going to add four eggs. Next, we are going to add self rising flour and flour, we are going to add the flour and a cup of milk together. Two teaspoons of vanilla extract.

Yara: You are going to need an apron, that would have been good.

Alejandra: We bought this bought disposable plastic sleeves. We are going to put the batter in the sleeve and then directly into the cupcake. Now, we are going to put this in the over and it is going to bake for around 20 to 25 minutes.

Now we are going to make frosting.

Yara: In chocolates.

Alejandra: You put boiling water and then you grab a metal container and you put it on top and that is how you are going to melt the chocolate. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get room temperature.

We need a cup and an 1/8 of confectioner’s sugar. Add the milk.

Yara: A teaspoon of vanilla. Is it good?

Alejandra: It is good. This is a frosting sleeve, you fold the sleeve back because you are going to make a knot on top.

Yana: I am so excited.

Alejandra: This is to make ribbons. Apply a very good amount of pressure and lift and lower it and it will make a ribbon. We got these great premade ornaments because this is just a little bit of my icing levels.

Yana: I am very impressed.

Alejandra: That is pretty.

Yana: I want to make a circle.

Alejandra: I might have to do sprinkles.
