近日，一段視頻在外網(wǎng)引起軒然大波，主人公竟是消失了整整3年的迪拜酋長(zhǎng)之女——拉蒂法公主（Princess Latifa）。

面對(duì)鏡頭，面色蒼白的公主訴說了在過去三年被父親囚禁在別墅監(jiān)獄里度過的可怕經(jīng)歷。

據(jù)悉，這段視頻是拉蒂法公主在2018年出逃失敗后被帶回迪拜一年后用一部秘密得到的手機(jī)錄制的。

“If you are watching this video, it’s not such a good thing, either I’m dead or I’m in a very, very, very bad situation,” she said in that footage, which sparked international concern for her fate.

Latifa said she was worried about her safety and feared she would “never see the sun again”.

拉蒂法公主出生于1985年，從小在嬸嬸家，與父親并沒有太多感情，在她光鮮亮麗的王室生活背后，是猶如囚徒一樣的生活。而她也不是第一位想要逃離迪拜的公主。

早在2000年，她的姐姐莎曼薩公主（Princess Shamsa）就有過一次失敗的出逃歷經(jīng)，此后也未曾再公開露面。

2002年6月，尚未成年的拉蒂法公主企圖逃跑，她跨越阿聯(lián)酋和安曼的國(guó)界，但不幸還是被抓回了迪拜，隨后經(jīng)歷了3年多的監(jiān)禁。

Latifa said in the?video recorded before her escape bid?that she had tried to escape once before, aged 16, but was?captured?at the border, jailed for more than three years, and beaten and tortured.?

2018年2月，她在最好的朋友蒂娜（Tiina）的幫助下企圖再次出逃。但最終在靠近印度海岸前被父親派來的特勤人員扣押回了迪拜。

“We were taken back to Dubai. That was the last time I saw Latifa. She was being dragged off the boat, kicking and screaming, yelling that she was seeking political asylum. They ignored her. The whole situation was so unreal. I wish I’d said something, but I was paralysed. They threatened to shoot my brain out if I spoke. It was shocking. It was beyond my comprehension.”

事實(shí)上，想要逃離迪拜王室的還不止公主，此前的“迪拜王妃出逃事件”也轟動(dòng)全球。

這位王妃就是著名的哈雅王妃（ Princess Haya）。

哈雅王妃出身顯貴，父親是前約旦國(guó)王，自幼在英國(guó)接受西方教育，畢業(yè)于牛津大學(xué)，她還是約旦唯一擁有重型卡車駕照的女性。

In a damning ruling released to the public in early March, the British High Court found the Sheikh conducted a campaign of fear and intimidation against Princess Haya and that he ordered the abduction of Latifa and Shamsa.?

在3月初向公眾發(fā)布的一項(xiàng)譴責(zé)性裁決中，英國(guó)高等法院發(fā)現(xiàn)謝赫對(duì)哈雅王妃進(jìn)行了威脅恐嚇，并下令綁架拉蒂法和沙姆薩。

The threats continued after the princess moved to London, the judge said, adding that the Sheikh had used the apparatus of the state “to threaten, intimidate, mistreat and oppress with a total disregard for the rule of law”.

法官說，哈雅王妃搬到倫敦后，面臨的威脅仍在繼續(xù)，酋長(zhǎng)利用國(guó)家機(jī)器“威脅、恐嚇、虐待和壓迫，完全無視法治”。

但由于酋長(zhǎng)是迪拜的最高統(tǒng)治者，又是英國(guó)王室的上賓，最高法院沒有對(duì)他進(jìn)行量刑的權(quán)利，只能通過輿論施壓。
