現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)很難想象一個(gè)沒有埃菲爾鐵塔的巴黎了，但這座地標(biāo)在剛剛修建的時(shí)候其實(shí)激起了民憤，巴黎人覺得這個(gè)鐵怪物又大又丑，而且和巴黎的風(fēng)格完全不搭。

當(dāng)時(shí)這座塔是作為1889年世博會(huì)的入口修建的，本來說放20年就拆，但現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)放了130多年了，真香。

The Eiffel Tower was actually only meant to be the entrance to the Paris World’s Fair in 1889. The agreement was that it was to stand for 20 years after, and then be taken down, but over a century on and as one of the world’s most famous sights, it’s safe to say it isn’t going anywhere. Now it’s over 130 years old, but it is still one of Paris’ youngest landmarks by comparison.?
埃菲爾鐵塔本來只是1889年巴黎世界博覽會(huì)的入口。根據(jù)當(dāng)時(shí)的協(xié)議，20年后它將被拆除，但一個(gè)多世紀(jì)過去了，作為世界上最著名的景點(diǎn)之一，可以說它不會(huì)有任何的改變。現(xiàn)在它已經(jīng)有130多年的歷史了，但相比之下，它仍然是巴黎最具活力的地標(biāo)之一。
