其實(shí),皮膚的狀態(tài)不僅和生活習(xí)慣息息相關(guān),每天的飲食也至關(guān)重要。

據(jù)說,大S為了美白從來都不沾醬油...

最近,營養(yǎng)學(xué)家金·皮爾森表示——

而在國外的最新調(diào)查中,皮膚缺水、長皺紋、色斑都和平時(shí)的飲食相關(guān)。

這些問題并不會(huì)立馬體現(xiàn)在臉上,但日積月累,幾年后,會(huì)慢慢開始顯露出來。

01 Dehydrated skin 皮膚缺失水分

CAUSE: Alcohol
起因:酒精

現(xiàn)在的20幾歲的90后,經(jīng)常會(huì)在晚上大吃大喝。吃大排檔、燒烤時(shí),搭配一杯啤酒,更是常事兒。

但吃的很過癮,但喝太多酒會(huì)導(dǎo)致抑制泌尿的荷爾蒙減少,從而會(huì)使身體缺水。

Drinking excessive alcohol decreases the body’s production of anti-diuretic hormones used to reabsorb water. As a result, your body loses more fluids than usual through urination and this can lead to dehydration.

另外,每天還應(yīng)該注意糖分的攝入量。如果攝入太多,過多的糖分會(huì)粘到我們皮膚的膠原蛋白和彈力蛋白上,導(dǎo)致皮膚松弛、下垂。

而一杯正常甜度的奶茶,含糖量相當(dāng)于整整13塊4.5克的方糖。

炸薯?xiàng)l、炸雞這些美味的油炸類食品,危害程度其實(shí)不亞于吸煙、污染以及酒精。吃多了,就會(huì)加速皮膚老化

04 Patchy skin 皮膚有色斑

CAUSE: Processed food
起因:加工食品

加工食品和快餐中的不健康的脂肪會(huì)引發(fā)炎癥。

有害脂肪和引發(fā)炎癥的食品,其實(shí)非常多,有披薩、薯?xiàng)l、漢堡和香腸、熱狗等加工肉制品。

Low-level inflammation can occur in the body with no noticeable symptoms but, if you have increased levels of systemic inflammation, it can lead to issues such as weight gain as well as skin problems such as patchiness and redness.

05 Puffy skin 皮膚浮腫

平時(shí)工作、學(xué)習(xí)繁忙的童鞋吃飯,大多數(shù)都會(huì)選擇微波爐食品。尤其是便利店中的快餐。

但這類食品往往含鹽量很高,雖然可以留住水分,但會(huì)讓人胃脹,還可能會(huì)引起浮腫。

But ready-meals are notoriously high in salt, which can lead to water retention.
但預(yù)制餐的含鹽量很高,而這會(huì)留住你體內(nèi)的水分。

Not only will you feel bloated and uncomfortable, it will mean your skin is likely to appear puffy.

解決方案:

盡量自己準(zhǔn)備午餐,多吃一些水煮蔬菜。咸肉等加工食品中盡量少碰。
