【影片介紹】

影片講述了一個名叫薩姆·維特維奇的少年，因一次的機緣巧合而被卷入了代表正義及英勇的汽車人和代表邪惡及奸詐的霸天虎之間的戰(zhàn)爭。而兩者是來自同一個外來星球，但立場卻相互對立的兩派機械生命體，既可以變形成立即戰(zhàn)斗的機械人，也可以變形成人類生活中各種常見的機械體。霸天虎一行人欲奪得火種源，因這種東西擁有賦予機器生命的力量；而且變形金剛也正是由火種源所創(chuàng)，霸天虎的首領(lǐng)威震天希望可以將其用來在地球上建立一個機器軍團，而汽車人的首領(lǐng)擎天柱則要想方設(shè)法阻止對方。
