Leighton Meester has said that she would shave her head if it was required for a role that she wanted to perform.

The Gossip Girl star told People that she is not overly concerned with her looks and considers it to be the duty of an actress to be adaptable.

這位《緋聞女孩》女主角在接受《人物》雜志采訪時表示，她并不太在意自己的角色形象，并表示改變外表是演員的職責(zé)。

“I’m not super OCD when it comes to every little flyaway. I like being a little undone," she explained.

“我都不是很介意有點小邋遢的，還挺喜歡有些未完成的感覺”。

“I know it’s just hair and I can change it however I want. I haven’t shaved my head or anything like that. But, you know, [I would] if I needed to! It’s part of my job to change my hair.”

“頭發(fā)不過是頭發(fā)，怎么換發(fā)型都行。還沒嘗試過剃光頭啥的，不過有需要我也沒意見啊。換發(fā)型也是我工作的一部分。”

She added that she trusts her hairdresser to make her look good for big events.

她補充說道完全信任發(fā)型師，任何大的發(fā)型改變都全權(quán)交給發(fā)型師打理。

“It’s all about individuality and making a big statement. I leave it to the pros, they’re artists. I’ll be like, ‘Just do your thing'," she said.

“發(fā)型是用來表達(dá)人物個性傳遞信息的，我還是把這個工作交給專家好了，他們才是藝術(shù)家。我完全都是‘愛干啥干啥’的態(tài)度。”

Meester recently admitted that she is addicted to text messaging.
