A beaming President Barack Obama signed a historic $938 billion health care overhaul bill. It guarantees coverage for 32 million uninsured Americans and represents the biggest accomplishment of his presidency.

Attorneys general from 13 states are suing the federal government to stop the massive health care overhaul, claiming it's unconstitutional. The lawsuit was filed in Pensacola, Florida.

The former Alabama University professor accused of opening fire on her colleagues last month, killing three, made her first court appearance Tuesday. Amy Bishop was denying bond.

What a mess! Police say someone has dumped hundreds of breads, bagels and buns along a river in Muncie, Indiana. The baked goods were tied to a nearby cafe. The restaurant managers are investigated.
