Annemarie是一支不錯的、來自印度尼西亞，爪哇的twee pop （矯情流行）樂隊。早在2004年底時，Eko 和 Iqbal就經(jīng)常討論組建一支twee pop樂隊的事，然后他們就詢問了校友Banyu, Dian, Tantri 和Tating 是否愿意加入這個樂隊。Annemarie的音樂混和了多種元素。像Eko喜歡Velvet Underground，Iqbal崇拜他的tweep pop和Smiths的精選，Banyu則深受Blur的影響，Dian有他獨特的madchester（曼切斯特音樂）風(fēng)格，Tating喜歡CocteauTwins和Joy Division，而Trantri也是深受了她個人etherreal pop項目的影響。綜合起來，他們都深深的愛上了indie pop（獨立流行）音樂。

??? 2006年初，他們的首張專輯"The Living Model EP"由Music Is My Girlfriend（音樂是我女友）公司發(fā)行。然而就在錄玩"The Living Model EP"后，Eko和Tating就離開了樂隊。也就在錄制 "ABC on TV"期間，Inu和Jojon加入進來，并成為Annemarie樂隊成員。Annemarie現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)創(chuàng)造出了最好的twee pop音樂。因為那富有質(zhì)感的吉他，甜美的嗓音，還有充滿才氣的旋律，他們已經(jīng)緊緊抓住了Acid House Kings, Red Sleeping Beauty, The Charade, Shoestrings 和 The Fairways 樂迷fans的心。
