CBS taps Lady Gaga for Grammy nominations TV special

CBS just announced that Lady Gaga and Jason Aldean have been tapped to perform during its Grammy nominations TV special, that airs on Wednesday, November 30, 2011. The event is being billed as The Grammy Nominations Concert Live! – Countdown to Music’s Biggest Night and will be hosted by two-time Grammy Award winner LL Cool J, who is currently starring in NCIS: Los Angeles. Lady Gaga and Jason Aldean will both perform during the one-hour live broadcast from L.A.’s Club Nokia. CBS says that more performers and presenters would be announced soon.
美國哥倫比亞廣播公司日前宣布當(dāng)紅女星Lady Gaga和鄉(xiāng)村歌手Jason Aldean將會擔(dān)任格萊美提名音樂會電視特別節(jié)目的表演嘉賓。該節(jié)目將于2011年11月30日周三晚上直播。這一直播節(jié)目被譽(yù)為“音樂盛宴倒計(jì)時(shí)”晚會，擔(dān)任主持人的是兩屆格萊美獎得主說唱歌手LL Cool J，同時(shí)也是熱播劇《海軍罪案調(diào)查處：洛杉磯篇》的主演。Lady Gaga和Jason Aldean都將在洛杉磯的諾基亞中心為時(shí)長一小時(shí)的直播節(jié)目進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場演出。哥倫比亞廣播公司稱，更多表演嘉賓將于近日陸續(xù)揭曉。

This marks the fourth consecutive year that nominations for the annual Grammy Awards will be announced live on prime time television, setting the stage for the annual Grammy Awards telecast. The televised special will announce nominations in several major categories and feature performances by past Grammy winners and/or nominees.
今年是格萊美獎連續(xù)第四年在電視黃金時(shí)段直播提名音樂會，為即將到來的格萊美獎的頒獎盛典造勢。這次的電視特別節(jié)目中，往屆的格萊美獎得主或者提名音樂人將會宣布各大獎項(xiàng)的提名名單，并進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場演出。
