Two Empire cast members are getting promotions ahead of Season 2.

Gabourey Sidibe and Ta'Rhonda Jones, who play assistants Becky and Porsha, respectively, have been upped to series regulars, TVLine reports.

Sidibe, who was nominated for an Oscar for her breakout performance in the 2009 movie Precious, has also appeared on American Horror Story. Jones, who has been a scene-stealer as Porsha on Empire, referenced the good news on Twitter Tuesday, writing, "Woke up this morning feeling like a CHAMP!!!!!!!"
