It's a great day to be a Sherlock fan. BBC One released the official launch trailer for the upcoming three-episode——a glorious minute-long trailer opening with John asking not how, but why Sherlock faked his death.

Following some quick shots of returning supporting characters like Lestrade and Anderson (and John's new love, Mary Morstan), we get a glimpse of a very much alive Sherlock learning from brother Mycroft that John has moved on with his life in Sherlock's two-year absence.
接著許多回歸第三季的配角紛紛閃現(xiàn)，如萊斯特雷德，安德森（還有約翰的新婚妻子，瑪麗·摩斯坦）。我們終于看到了一個活生生的夏洛克，他從哥哥麥考夫那里得知，在他消失兩年后，約翰已經(jīng)開始了新生活。
