The hit drama of TNT, “The Closer” will be concluded next year, as announced by the officials of TNT. The detective series had so far a run of five successful seasons and the seventh and final season will be telecasted from this spring. The sixth season is currently been telecasted on television. A total of 15 episodes will be shown in the final season as confirmed by the production house.

TNT臺近日宣布，旗下熱門美劇《罪案終結(jié)》明年將上演全劇終。這部偵探破案劇已經(jīng)成功終結(jié)了5季，最終的第七季將于明年春季開拍。而第六季正在TNT臺播出。制作方也表示最終季同樣會上演常規(guī)的15集戲碼。

The officials also made it clear that it was Kyra Sedgwick; the Emmy winning star of the show who took the decision to put the curtains. In the drama, Sedgwick plays the character of Brenda Leigh Johnson who is the Deputy Chief of the Los Angeles Police Department. She is a transplanted Atlantan and is blessed with a gift to solve the murders.

該劇官方同時透露，憑借此劇摘得艾美獎的女主角Kyra Sedgwick決定劇集拉上帷幕。她在戲中扮演洛杉磯警局副局長Brenda Leigh Johnson，從亞特蘭大調(diào)任而來，頗具破案天賦，卻同時要處理應(yīng)付上司對待屬下以及個人感情生活。

The show began in the year 2005 and instantly became a hit among the audiences. Viewership soared on a regular basis and currently it is averaging at more than 8 million views per week.
