宜家把瑞典肉丸帶到了全世界,其實旁邊的芬蘭也愛吃肉丸。

芬蘭的肉丸和瑞典的不一樣,他們的香料放得少一些,然后里面要加酸奶油。吃的時候則一樣會配土豆泥和果醬。

嗯?酸奶油?果然和俄羅斯的關系不淺。

Finnish meatballs are also famous. These meatballs are similar to the ones served in Sweden (hence, IKEA's big seller), but with less spices and herbs. Most importantly, the Finnish recipe calls for kermaviili, a curd cream. Lihapullat is traditionally served with cooked or mashed potatoes, gravy, lingonberry jam and cucumber pickles.
芬蘭的肉丸也很有名。這種肉丸與瑞典賣的那種肉丸相似(瑞典肉丸就是宜家里大賣的那種),不過香料和香草放的比較少。最重要的是,芬蘭的這種肉丸要加一種名為kermaviili的凝乳奶油。芬蘭肉丸通常與煮熟的土豆或土豆泥、肉汁、越橘果醬和腌黃瓜一起食用。
