埃及米布丁

除了用米做飯,埃及人也用米來做甜點(diǎn),這種米布丁?rice pudding?是加入牛奶制成的。

Rice pudding. This desert may not be of Egyptian origin, but it is surely pretty popular around Egypt. Found in different areas of the world, it’s made by mixing rice, water and milk. Optional ingredients include raisins, nuts and cinnamon. Recipes vary depending on the location. In Cairo, toppings include ice cream, pistachio and nuts.
