肉餡大酥餅?Vol-au-vent?也是比利時的常見美食。

這種吃法是把熱騰騰的餡料灌入酥皮餅做成的碗中,比利時版本的里面通常是蘑菇和雞肉餡。

Vol-au-vent consists of a round puff pastry of which the “l(fā)id” is cut off so that the pastry can be filled with a mixture of chicken and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. It's usually served with fries, croquettes or mashed potatoes. Originally, the name “vol-au-vent” refers to the pastry and you can also find it in France as a snack or appetizer. Vol-au-vent as a massive main dish, though, is a typical Belgian food.
肉餡大酥餅是一種圓形的酥皮糕點,把它切開,然后加入用奶油質(zhì)感的醬汁拌過的雞肉和蘑菇就做成了。它通常與薯條、炸丸子或土豆泥一起食用。最初,“vol-au-vent”指的是法國的一種油酥糕點,人們通常把它作為小吃或開胃菜。不過,在比利時美食中,酥皮餡餅是一種常見的主食。
