Brazil is the world’s fifth largest country by both population (approximately 210 million) and geographical area (3,287,597 square miles). It borders every other South American nation, barring Ecuador and Chile, and makes up 47 per cent of the continent.
不論是按人口（約2.1億）還是按地域范圍（3287597平方英里）來計(jì)算，巴西都是世界第五大國家。除厄瓜多爾和智利外，它與其他所有的南美國家接壤，占南美大陸面積的47%。
