滬江英樂專稿? 《Perfect Moment》是英國演員Martine McCutcheon演而優(yōu)則唱，轉戰(zhàn)樂壇的一首歌曲，收錄在她于1999年發(fā)行的個人首張專輯《You Me & Us》中，歌曲一上榜便勇奪五個國家的單曲排行冠軍?？上У氖窃诋敃r這樣的成績并沒能使她大紅大紫，之后Martine McCutcheon漸漸淡出人們的視線，在2000年她出版發(fā)行了個人自傳集《Who Does She Think She Is ?》
2001年由蔡岳勛導演、柴智屏擔任編劇的臺灣青春偶像劇《流星花園》正式開播，之后“F4”風潮蔓延至全亞洲，制造了一批紅及一時的青春偶像。《Perfect Moment》在劇中被用在杉菜與花澤類約會共舞的場景中，被命名為“杉菜與花澤類之歌”，電視播出后《Perfect Moment》立即成為《流星花園》問詢度最高的劇中插曲。
