關(guān)于too和enough
too和enough皆可修飾名詞、形容詞和副詞。Too表示的是程度深或數(shù)量多。Enough則意味著程度或數(shù)量超出所需要的范圍。這里是一些例子:
She's too sad these days. I wonder what's wrong.
她這些天都太悲傷了。我想知道發(fā)生了什么。
I don't have enough sugar. Let's go to the supermarket.

1.關(guān)于enough
閱讀下面的例子,你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),enough有時(shí)候位于它所修飾的詞語前。例如:
What do we need for dinner? I think we have enough vegetables, don't we?
晚飯還需要準(zhǔn)備些什么?我覺得蔬菜已經(jīng)足夠了,不是嗎?
She feels that Tom has more than enough time to help.
她感覺湯姆有足夠的時(shí)間來幫忙。
在其他的例子中,enough位于它所修飾的詞語后面,例如:

a.形容詞+enough
當(dāng)我們將enough作為副詞使用,用來指代要求的程度或范圍時(shí),直接將enough放在所修飾的形容詞后面
He's not patient enough to understand children.
他在理解孩子方面不夠耐心。
My friend wasn't intelligent enough to take the job.
我朋友不夠聰明,還無法勝任這份工作。
b.副詞+enough
當(dāng)enough作為副詞來指代要求的程度或范圍時(shí),將enough直接放在它所修飾的副詞后面。
Peter drove slowly enough for us to look at all the houses.
皮特將車開得慢,好讓我們能夠欣賞所有的房子。
The students studied carefully enough to do well on the exam.

c.Enough + 名詞
直接將enough放在名詞的前面,從而用來表述該名詞的數(shù)量滿足要求。

I'm afraid we don't have enough oranges to make the dessert.

2.關(guān)于too
閱讀例子,你會(huì)注意到too可以與名詞、形容詞和副詞進(jìn)行搭配使用。但是,當(dāng)too和名詞搭配時(shí),后面一般會(huì)跟上much或many。是選擇too much還是too many取決于所修飾的名詞是可數(shù)名詞還是不可數(shù)名詞。
Anna is too concerned about her grades.
安娜非常擔(dān)心她的分?jǐn)?shù)。
The boys are too crazy today!
這些男孩今天太瘋狂了!
We have too many books in this room.

a.Too + 形容詞
將too放在形容詞的前面,用來表示某事物的數(shù)量超過限度了。
He's too angry about that incident.

Mary is too anxious about her cousin.

b.Too + 副詞
將too放在副詞的前面,用來表示某人做某事的程度太過了,或者不必要。
That man is driving too slowly. I wonder if he's been drinking.

You are speaking too rudely to that man. It's important to be kind!

c.Too Much +不可數(shù)名詞
將too much放在不可數(shù)名詞前面,用來表示某物的數(shù)量過多。
We have too much time on our hands this weekend.

d.Too Many +可數(shù)名詞
將too many放在可數(shù)名詞復(fù)數(shù)前面,用來表達(dá)某物的數(shù)量過多。
