Many young businessmen and businesswomen are hard core jocks who consider sports to be their number one hobby. To facilitate this, while encouraging them to work harder, a company may do the following:
很多年輕的商人都是鐵桿體育迷，他們把運動當作生活中第一愛好。為了鼓勵他們更努力工作，公司可以做以下的事情給他們提供方便。

1) Have a company sports team. Get the workers to play a game against other companies. They will sometimes even make team jerseys with the company's name on them.
建立公司自己的球隊，讓自己的員工和其他公司的員工進行比賽。有的時候，他們的隊服印上公司的名字。

2) Often the boss will buy season tickets to the local sports team's matches, and give out the tickets to the best employee of the week.
公司老板經常買本地球隊的賽季門票，并把門票作為獎勵送給本周的最佳員工。

3) Caring employers will never judge a book by its cover, so they invite even the nerds to come join in sports activities.
有人情味的老板永遠不會只憑外表來判斷一個人，所以，他們也會請書呆子式的員工參加體育活動。

4) The boss may send his secretary on a quest to find which sports is everybody's favorite. In the USA, most people love American football and basketball the most.
老板可能讓秘書去調查一下每個人都喜歡哪種體育運動。在美國，絕大部分人都最喜歡美式橄欖球和籃球。
